Everyone's experience of mental health struggles is so vastly different. We want to spread the word that any experience is a valid one, and more importantly you are certainly not alone. Our aim is not to profess that we know everything. You know your own mind best, and by sharing your challenges, your strategies, your strengths, weaknesses and everything in between we believe we can work towards creating a world that better understands mental illness, mental health and emotional wellbeing.

So, if you have a story that you feel other people might relate to, or if you have a question about something you're finding tough to manage that you'd like answered, get in touch!

Perhaps you have learned something about your own mental health that you feel other people should know. What do you wish you had known at the start of your journey? Perhaps you want more insight into how to support someone you know that struggles with their mental health. Maybe you're just looking for some reassurance that what you're thinking and feeling is normal. Whatever it is, we are listening, we are talking and we are here to explore your questions and journeys with you.
